The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was located close to public transportation and a few local restaurants, making it easy to grab a quick meal. the hotel offered a 24-hour front desk check-in, which was convenient for our late-night arrival.

The service we received from the staff was not up to par. They were unhelpful and rude, and tried to charge us more for the room than what was advertised.

The only good things about this hotel were the fact that it had working air conditioning and hot water in the shower. the hotel was also conveniently located near the city center which made it easy to get around. these few advantages do not make up for the overall terrible experience during my business trip.
